GUNDAM - P-Bandai FM 1/100 Boost Raider Gundam
Bandai has announced a new addition to its FULL MECHANICS lineup, the Boost Raider Gundam, originally featured in the official side story manga "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED ECLIPSE." Developed by the Atlantic Federation, this model suit comes with several innovative features designed by the talented mechanical designer Junichi Akutsu.
First teased at the promotional video released by Bandai Spirits. The Boost Raider Gundam first appeared in the Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Eclipse manga by Atsushi Soga and SOW.

The Boost Raider Gundam is a fusion of the advanced capabilities of the second-phase GAT-X series, integrating design elements from the Raider, Calamity, and Forbidden Gundams.Ā
This model highlights:
- Mechanical Gimmicks:Ā True to Akutsu's designs, the model replicates intricate gimmicks and can transform into a bird-of-prey-like MA (Mobile Armor) form.

- Mimir Optical Weapon Unit:Ā Located on the forehead, this anti-aircraft weapon is intricately detailed.
- 125mm Dual High-Energy Long-Range Beam Cannon "Schlack":Ā Borrowing heavily from the Calamity Gundamās arsenal.
- 88mm Railgun "Eckzahn":Ā Originally from the Forbidden Gundam, this powerful weapon is now part of the Boost Raider's armament.
- Zarastro Arm Claw:Ā A new molding that combines a shield and claw, deployable on both forearms and usable as a hand-held weapon when the grip is extended.
- Geschmeidig Panzer Energy Deflection Mechanism:Ā A new waist-mounted equipment that can be deployed to the front of the mech, enhancing its defensive capabilities.
- 52mm Hyper-Velocity Cannon and M417 80mm/M2M3 76mm Machine Guns:Ā Mounted on the calves and capable of deployment in MA mode.
The Boost Raider Gundam's transformation capabilities are a highlight, allowing it to shift into its MA form without part swapping. Various parts like the shoulders, legs, and wings are adjustable, and the main wing angles can be modified by sliding components.
